Premier Inn owner Whitbread has conveyed its decision to reopen its 35 construction sites in England and Wales to resume the building work on the pipeline of new hotels. The sites which are under construction includes new build hotels led by Whitbread’s team or by the external partners inckuding the extensions to existing Premier Inn hotels. The construction includes more than 4,500 rooms which are scheduled to open from 2020 the end of the 2022-23 financial year.
