London housing association Network Homes has officially started the race for the contractors for next-generation new-build housing framework job. A G15 Group member plans to to build 5,000 new homes in the coming five years in London and Hertfordshire. Currently, it has got development pipeline of around 2,500 homes considering the relations with local authorities and Homes England. Around 15 contractors will be in race to renew their places.
