Willmott Dixon to deliver £65m Peterborough housing scheme

Willmott Dixon will start the construction works for a £7m contract at Horncastle, Lincolnshire. The building of new offices for East Lindsey District Council will allow it to be the headquarters and will also provide further education space for Boston College.

Bond Bryan has designed the building as an architect while the council and main contractor gave full support for the design. Willmott Dixon is expected to complete the construction works in summer 2022.

The company’s energy performance specialists will then work alongside East Lindsey District Council to measure how the building performs over a period of time when occupied, to check that it meets expectations.

Willmott Dixon has also accomplished few others in Lincolnshire including the Blue Light Campus in Lincoln, Lincoln Transport Hub, Boole Technology Centre, and Lincoln University Technical College.
