Student accommodation developer Unite Group has got planning permission approval for a 416-bed scheme in Bristol city centre. This project includes converting part of the former Bristol Royal Infirmary hospital building into 62 rented homes, the worth od this project is £39m. The rest of the buildings will be demolished at Marlborough Street for several 4-6 storey buildings at the Old BRI city-center site.
