Bristol city centre with association of developer Cubex is all set to be developed. Willmot Dixon will start the works for the third major scheme of Cubex. The site of Avon Fire and Rescue’s former headquarters are being built under the Halo scheme.
The site will provide 116,133 square foot of Grade A office space on seven floors. This includes international legal firm Osborne Clarke that already agreed to take nearly two thirds of Halo. Earlier this year, this was set in a pre-let deal.
Willmott Dixon has successfully completed the 95,000 square foot Aurora scheme at Finzels Reach in 2018. The firm has delivered 194 ‘Build to Rent’ homes adjacent to Aurora in 2019. Now Willmott Dixon has won the contract for a new project at Bristol.
